The hotel's location is great for visiting the Sawgrass Mill shopping outlet, but cleanliness and comfort were disappointing. The staff was friendly, and the pool was not in good condition for a swim. Despite some positives, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
The hotel was more like a motel in terms of quality, but I had the vending machine and ice machine right in front of my room, which was convenient. The room was well-equipped and clean, and surprisingly quieter than most places. The service was accommodating, with super friendly staff, and the manager Daniele was exceptional. The location was great for visiting the Sawgrass Mills shopping outlet but too crowded with limited options around. The dining experience offered just okay continental breakfast with limited choices. The facilities were decent overall.
